When you visit the website. Like most websites, our web server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.

You can visit the website without telling us who you are. If you don’t give us the information we need to respond to an enquiry, we may not be able to help.

How we use your information

We work with reputable providers that protect information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles. We also work with clients in Singapore and the Middle East; where a project involves an overseas office, project information may be shared with it as part of delivering the work.

How we store and protect it

Website enquiries are sent to our business email and a copy is stored securely in the website’s database, which only authorised staff can access. We protect information with access controls, strong passwords and up-to-date software.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Website enquiries that don’t lead to an engagement are deleted after [12 months]. Client and project records are kept for as long as our legal and professional obligations require, then securely destroyed or de-identified.
